NOTES

 
i) Nitrogen dramatically stimulates plant productivity.
ii) In nature the nitrogen cycle is very dynamic. Some forms of Nitrogen are quickly used by plants, other forms are unavailable to plants. Forms may rapidly change in the soil, and may be released into the atmosphere, or may be leached.
iii) Expectancy: Decrease of usable nitrogen in the soil during the growing season.

Contrary to expectation, Nitrogen was retained in the soil with Aqua-Soil.

conclusions

 
Due to the retention of Nitrogen, Aqua-Soil greatly increased the Nitrogen holding capacity of the soil.
